Results documentation of the thematic workshops on the development of the Austrian Circular Economy Strategy.

As part of the development of the Austrian Circular Economy Strategy 2050, concrete proposals for action were drawn up through a broad involvement of stakeholders from business, civil society, administration and academia. Nine thematic workshops took place between May and June 2021, in which around 250 participants developed over 600 concrete proposals for the establishment and improvement of the circular economy in Austria. The focus was on waste management, construction biomass, electrical and electronic equipment, consumption and use, plastics, mobility, textiles and packaging.
