Java source code for thermo-mechanical modeling of a rat retina. The model was used to study the influence of the optical absorption coefficient on the Arrhenius integral as described in the section "Non-damaging treatment range" of the Supplemental Document. The code can be compiled for COMSOL following instructions at https://www.comsol.com/blogs/automate-modeling-tasks-comsol-api-use-java/.
