HEI's Image

The data was collected from the international students studying in Malaysia to measure the Higher Education Institutions Image. International students studying in both public and private universities in Malaysia were participated in this survey. Items were used to measure the image of HEI's focused on subjects offered, reputation of the university, involvement in social and environmental activities, available facilities for the students, tuition fees etc. Moreover, 7 items were used to measure the level of satisfaction among the students for their respective universities. The purpose is to check the hypotheses on the strength of relationship between the HEI's image and satisfaction of the international students. Students were asked to express their level of agreement based on 7 point Likert scale. international students from different parts of the world irrespective to their field of study participated in the survey. structured questionnaire were used.
