RNA sequence of BMMs after treated with siRunx2

This study investigates the transcriptional changes induced by Runx2 knockdown in mouse primary bone marrow derived macrophages (BMMs). Primary BMMs were isolated from bone marrow of 2-month-old male mice and cultured under standard conditions. Cells were transfected with either Runx2-targeting small interfering RNA (siRunx2) or a non-targeting negative control siRNA (siNC). Total RNA was extracted after siRNA treatment and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing to analyze Runx2-dependent gene expression profiles in BMMs.
