Transcriptional changes in the aging mouse hippocampus (RNA-seq)

We sequenced mRNA from three age groups (3months (3M), 24 months (24M) and 29 months (29M)) from the full hippocampus There were two independent experiments: 3M vs 24M (n=5 to 6, single-end sequencing) and 3M vs 29M (n=3, paired-end sequencing))本研究对全海马组织的三个年龄组（3月龄（3M）、24月龄（24M）与29月龄（29M））的mRNA开展测序。本研究包含两组独立对照实验：其一为3M vs 24M（样本量n=5至6，采用单端测序（single-end sequencing）），其二为3M vs 29M（样本量n=3，采用双端测序（paired-end sequencing））
