Replication data for: Urine, saliva and serum metabolomics predict female pig reproductive potential status using machine learning modelling

This dataset includes raw metabolomic data derived from saliva, urine, and serum samples collected from sows classified as high reproductive potential or infertile. It also contains the code applied to the raw metabolic data to perform the machine learning analyses that produced the classification results presented in the associated manuscript.
