Electronic component surface defect dataset

This dataset is provided by Guangdong Samsun Technology Co., Ltd. Please indicate the source if you intend to use it.The dataset comprises a total of 4,818 optical images capturing the surface conditions of electronic components. The images vary significantly in resolution, ranging from 412×552 pixels to 2500 ×2000 pixels, which introduces multi-scale challenges to the detection task. The dataset is annotated with five distinct categories of surface defects: scratch, indentation, blade mark, dirt, and particle.
