Data for: Synergistic effects of extreme temperature and low salinity on foundational macroalga Fucus vesiculosus in the northern Baltic Sea

This dataset contains parameters measured in Takolander et al. 2017: "Synergistic effects of extreme temperature and low salinity on foundational macroalga Fucus vesiculosus in the northern Baltic Sea". Parameters and measurement protocols are covered in the Methods section of the manuscript and the Supplementary information file. In the file, uniq.id is an unique identifier separating each algal individual in the study. Jar id is a unique jar identifier (1 jar contained 2 algae individuals, one from each site). Suffixes ".heat" and ".recov" refer to measurements conducted either directly after 8 days heat treatment or after 11 days recovery period (see manuscript for details).
