Data and Code for: 'Carry-over effects not climate change adaptations: Phenological plasticity in a migratory songbird' This repository contains the data, R scripts, and Google Earth Engine scripts used for the analyses presented in __________. This project explores the relationship between arrival timing of male prothonotary warblers (Protonotaria citrea) and environmental drivers at multiple stages of the annual cycle to test whether the prothonotary warbler's lack of a phenological response to climate change is due to strong endogenous control over timing or a limited ability to adjust timing after departure from the nonbreeding grounds.
