资源简介:
Background. The psychoactive substances input into surface waters increases due to the rose of their application in the curing and mood support. The bivalve molluscs are recognized sentinel organisms in the assessment of the pollution. However, the effects on the non-target organisms of compounds that alter behavior and cognition in the human individuals are studied scarce. Besides, in the aquatic environment, the presence of microplastics (MP) can change their biological effects. Therefore, to approximate exposure conditions to the environmental relevance, the goal of this study was to indicate whether the approved biochemical indexes of stress and toxicity in bivalves are the suitable biomarkers of single and combine exposures to psychoactive substances and MP.
