This dataset contains a sample of embeddings generated for two seq. sets: a random sequence set (<b>Astral40R</b>) and intrinsically disordered proteins (<b>IDP</b>, derived from DisProt v2024_12). The embeddings serve as example input for evaluating the <b>Random Neighbor Score (RNS)</b>, a model- and task-agnostic measure of embedding uncertainty.The pickled file contains numpy array of embeddings along with labels.<b>Associated Preprint</b>: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.04.30.651
