This study aims to reveal the physiological characteristics that accompany the development of breast cancer by avoid the individual differences and genetic background differences. Transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of invasive ductal carcinoma and paracancerous tissues from the same breast cancer patient, were performed to identify the key genes and key signaling pathways related to the development of breast cancer.
