Differential Methylation Data for “Mixed patterns of intergenerational DNA methylation inheritance in Acropora"

Differentially Methylated Loci (DML) between each pair of adults and between offspring alleles. For methods and experimental design, see documentation in the analysis pipeline or the manuscript associated with this repository. The three .bed files are compatible with the BedGraph format; they can also be treated as tab-separated dataframes. The gbm and nogene files are subsets of the largest .bed file, consisting of gene body loci and intergenic loci, respectively. Metadata is in the metadata csv file.Most of the data in these files are duplicated across rows, with the exception of the delta_po and delta.se_po columns. As these are not necessary for most of the analyses, the data can be simplified in R by removing these columns (along with parent and role) then using dplyr::distinct().
