Anthropometrics of lower limbs of children with a traumatic transtibial amputation

This dataset contains detailed anthropometric measurements of the lower limbs of children with a traumatic transtibial amputation in Cambodia, collected across more than 100 clinical visits. Findings and growth models derived from this dataset have been published here: Contents of the dataset: Clinical attendance.xlsx – Records the reason for each clinical visit during which anthropometric data were collected (e.g., growth, pain, breakage). Anthropometrics.xlsx – Includes demographic information, condylar bone widths, intact limb length, residual limb length, residual limb girth, and data on prosthetic length discrepancies. Dataset to estimate volume changes.xlsx – Provides data for estimating percentage changes in residual limb volume over time, using the methods described in the published study.
