README Passiflora biflora LCMS raw data.zip Compressed raw mass spectral (LC-MS) data from Passiflora biflora samples. The cyanogenic content of Passiflora biflora leaf samples was analyzed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with Agilent 1100 Series LC (Agilent Technologies, Germany) hyphenated to a Bruker HCT-Ultra ion trap mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics, Germany) following the procedure of de castro et al. 2019. https://doi.org/10.1002/ece3.5062 and Mattila et al. 2021. https://doi.org/10.7717/peerj.11523 Mass spectral data can be analyzed with the native data analysis software (Compass DataAnalyses, Bruker Daltonics).
