sdg-tech-tagger-rs data: 300,001 OpenAlex works tagged with SDGs and digital technologies by queries and by LLMs

A random sample of 300,001 OpenAlex works of 2019 to 2024 (articles and reviews in English, snapshot of 2026-02-03), tagged with sustainable development goals by the four query systems of text2sdg (Aurora, Elsevier, SIRIS, Auckland), run in R (text2sdg 1.1.2) and in its Rust port sdg-tech-tagger-rs in two modes, with the words each matched; with digital technologies by two query sets; and by two large language models. Set 1 compares R and the port firing for firing; set 2 gives every tag per work. Identifiers and tags only, no title or abstract.
