ORGANIZING INTEGRATIVE EDUCATION IN PRESCHOOL BASED ON STEAM AND NANOTECHNOLOGY APPROACHES
收藏资源简介:
This article examines the organization of integrative learning in preschool education institutions based on the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) approach, together with age-appropriate adaptation of nanotechnology concepts for young children. Based on an analysis of international research, the article reviews nano-literacy programs, methods for explaining scale and size to children, and pedagogical strategies grounded in play-based and inquiry-based activities. Findings indicate that STEAM-nano integrative activities organized with visual and hands-on tools positively affect children's observational skills, causal reasoning, and exploratory abilities. Practical recommendations are also proposed for introducing this approach into the preschool education system of Uzbekistan.
