Code, tests and input data for: Transferring North American embodied-carbon thresholds to Taiwan's registered concrete declarations: comparability, screening outcomes and decision sensitivity

Code, tests, input data and run records for the manuscript "Transferring North American embodied-carbon thresholds to Taiwan's registered concrete declarations: comparability, screening outcomes and decision sensitivity" (manuscript version v6.6). This is version 2.1 of the deposit package; README.txt lists the contents, how to run the code, the changes from earlier versions and the errata. Version 2.1 changes only the folder ijlca/: the check of results by effective date is regenerated with the two version 2.0 changes, and Online Resource 1 of manuscript v6.6 is printed by ijlca/make_online_resource.py; no number in the manuscript changes. Version 2.0 changed the truck-mixer add-back of Operation 1 to the 30% share that NSF 1112-19 keeps in A3, did not apply Operation 2 to the Colorado, Portland and Minnesota values, and added ijlca/ with the independent re-implementation, the programs that produce the numbers, tables and figures of the manuscript, and the external comparison case. The extracts of the official registry records are stored with their SHA-256 hashes; MANIFEST.txt gives the SHA-256 of every file. Third-party data sets that are not redistributed (the ICE version 3 values file and the ÖKOBAUDAT 2024-II export) are identified in the README.
