资源简介:
Bursaphelenchus mucronatus is a widely distributed migratory endoparasitic nematode that is highly similar to the closest species pine wood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) in terms of morphological and biological properties. Competitive displacement often take place between B. xylophilus and B. mucronatus. It is often found that they coexist in the wilt pine wood and share the same food resources, even the same media insects including Monochamus and Curculionidae. Classical studies of B. mucronatus often focused on morphological and pathogenetic comparison with B. xylophilus, but the molecular mechanism behind these phenomena is still unresolved due to the absence of the reference genome of B. mucronatus.
