Vibrio cholerae Transcriptome of two strains treated with polymyxin B. Vibrio cholerae C6706

This study was performed to determine which genes in Vibrio cholerae were differentially regulated upon exposure to the antimicrobial peptide polymyxin B. We also included a strain for analysis that contained a mutation in an uncharacterized two-component system to determine its transcriptome under both conditions.
