Influenza vaccination stimulates maturation of the human T follicular helper cell response

We characterized the phenotype and kinetics of LN TFH and cTFH cells accompanying the GC reaction in five donors over the course of two years following two annual influenza vaccinations using single-cell GEX and TCR profiling.Reads for samples taken during year 1 for donor 321-05 have been previously deposited in SRP251458.This submission contains samples taken and processed through the 10X Genomics Immune Cell Profiling assay for 321-04 during years 1 and 2, 321-05 for year 2, and all samples for 321-07 and 321-08.
