Chemoresistance induced by upregulated ZNF300 in A549/DDP, which was established with a low dosage of cisplatin treatment previously, was in clinical need of resolving. Because ZNF300 was selected as a regulator in associated with drug resisance, we sought to find its modulating role in tumorogenesis or drug resistance. Overall design: Lentivirus caring overexpressing and control vector of ZNF300 was utilized to tansfect the A549 cells for for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays with a view to evaluate the global gene expression profile regulated by ZNF300.
