Sequencing of rumen microbiota in cows with different lactation days during postpartum period

Based on the existing research gaps, and with the continuous advancement of sequencing technologies and microbial quantification methods, this study focuses on dairy cows in the peripartum period, which is characterized by the most rapid increase in milk yield and ECM production. We aim to explore how rumen microbiota adapt to or drive the rapid increase in milk yield through QMP, and identify the key microbes involved in this process to optimize the production performance of ruminants.
