资源简介:
Summary

This study examined how 120 cases of residents scored on introspection, who were dismissed from training between 2011-2020 and heard by the Dutch Conciliation Board. The characteristics of residents deemed ‘insufficient’ regarding introspection as part of the CanMEDS professional domain were compared with the decisions about residents without reported insufficiencies on introspection, on gender, years of training at dismissal, and number of insufficiencies on CanMEDS domains. Qualitative research included analysis of descriptions of behavior lacking introspection.
