Average number of days before an individual makes a personal visit (new visit) after making a first contact with the social services to apply for financial assistance. The measure is reported for the municipalities that have indicated that it takes a maximum of 14 days and municipalities where it takes longer than 14 days. First contact refers to the date on which the individual has contacted the social services to apply for non-emergency financial assistance (emergency test). The contact may have been taken by e-mail, letter, telephone, website or a visit to the reception. The calculated average number of days refers to all clients’ number of days elapsed from first contact to first personal visit (new visits) divided by the number of (new visits) clients.
