Dataset of R, Rmd, qmd files from GitHub

This dataset contains 2 839 012 R files, R Markdown and Quarto notebooks from GitHub, from 128 956 repositories. It also has some metadata: several CSV files extracted from a CodeDJ database with information about the repositories and the users of those files. several CSVs showing the R packages used in the notebooks and scripts, the paths in the notebooks and whether the paths are also present in the repository, and the output formats of the notebooks There are more information in the README.md along with the data.
