This dataset contains numerical results obtained from simulations of thermal processes in biological tissue exposed to laser irradiation. The data were generated using the Finite Pointset Method (FPM) applied to the two-dimensional Pennes bioheat equation. The calculations were performed with a custom-developed program written in MATLAB. The files include temperature distributions in the tissue under different laser beam powers and scanning velocities, as well as variations in perfusion rate and scattering coefficient depending on tissue damage. The dataset can be used to analyze heat transfer in biological tissue, validate numerical methods, and support further studies on laser–tissue interactions.
