A stem cell knockout village reveals lineage competition and a non-canonical islet cell fate in monogenic diabetes

This record provides the integrated Seurat RDS object and accompanying metadata for the single-cell RNA-seq dataset associated with GSE313516. The raw FASTQ files are available through ENA (ERP168459), and the processed Cell Ranger–generated feature–barcode matrices are deposited in GEO under GSE313516. The integrated RDS object contains the post-filter, post-annotation dataset used for downstream analyses, including normalized expression values, embeddings, clustering results, and curated cell type labels. The accompanying metadata file provides per-cell annotations for all integrated samples. These files are provided to support reproducibility and enable direct exploration of the fully processed single-cell dataset.
