Tropomi NO2 averages in CONUS for COVID-19 paper

Intermediary data needed to generate the Figures in Goldberg et al. (2020)<br>Figure1*.zip contains the Tropomi NO2 CONUS averages (QA&gt;0.75) for: -Each month during 2019-Each wind speed bin (&lt;2 m/s, 2-4 m/s, 4-6 m/s, 6-8 m/s, and &gt;8 m/s)-Each wind direction bin (SW, NW, NE, SE)<br>Figure2.zip contains the Tropomi NO2 CONUS averages (QA&gt;0.75) for March 15 - April 30 during 2019 and 2020<br>Figure3.zip contains the:-28-day Tropomi NO2 averages (QA&gt;0.75) for 2019 and 2020 in each city-28-day Tropomi NO2 averages (QA&gt;0.75) for 2019 and 2020 in each city after normalized for meteorology-The daily normalization factors for 2019 and 2020 used to convert the Tropomi NO2 averages into normalized averages<br>Figure4.zip contains the:-28-day Tropomi NO2 averages (QA&gt;0.75) in each city using the actual and inferred "model" values<br>Also included are the center latitudes &amp; longitudes of the 0.01 x 0.01 degree boxes (LatLon.ncf), and the latitudes &amp; longitudes of the 20 North America including box width (LatLon_cities.csv).<br>
