RNAseq of blood samples from 60 dengue-positive and 20 dengue-negative patients from India

The dataset contains whole transcriptome RNAseq of 60 NS1 antigen-positive Dengue patients and 20 NS1 antigen-negative with febrile illness patients admitted to a tertiary care center (Max Super Specialty Hospital, Delhi) in India. The patients reported diverse symptoms, ranging from Non-severe to Severe Dengue viral infection. RNA was collected from whole blood, and post rRNA depletion, the whole transcriptome library was prepared using TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Library Prep Kit. The study aims to understand the Dengue infection dynamics using integrative genomics approach.
