Database of information obligations for undertakings

The database of information obligations for undertakings shall cover all the information that undertakings must disclose to a public authority or to third parties. This identification of the obligations imposed on companies as a result of the regulation comes from an analysis of legislative and regulatory texts (decrees) since 2007. This public data capital has so far more than 12,000 obligations and returns for each of them elements of identity (labelled, legal references,...), status (e.g. creation date) and qualitative general information (type, theme, phase of the company’s life cycle, NAF code for some of them).
