Whole genome sequencing of Anolis pogus

This dataset consists of WGS data from Anolis pogus in the island of St. Martin. These data were collected as part of a conservation genomics study to assess population structure, inbreeding, and demographic history within the species. Anolis pogus has been afforded conservation protection and has been treated as a threatened species. However, empirical data is limited. These data show that the population on St. MArtin is panmictic, has low levels of inbreeding, and likely experienced recent demographic expansion.
