The goal of our study is to determine if interstitial Notch signaling is required for the formation/development of nephron segments. Rbpj flox allele was deleted in the mouse renal interstitium using Foxd1Cre. Mouse kidneys at P0 were collected and subjected to scRNA-seq analysis. Examination of four groups: two controls (Rbpj c/+ ; Foxd1cre/+) and two mutants (Rbpj c/- ; Foxd1cre/+)
