The goal of our study is to determine if interstitial Notch signaling is required for the formation/development of nephron segments. Rbpj flox allele was deleted in the mouse renal interstitium using Foxd1Cre. Mouse kidneys at P0 were collected and subjected to scRNA-seq analysis. Examination of four groups: two controls (Rbpj c/+ ; Foxd1cre/+) and two mutants (Rbpj c/- ; Foxd1cre/+)

本研究旨在明确间质Notch信号通路是否为肾单位节段的形成与发育所必需。研究通过Foxd1Cre工具在小鼠肾间质中敲除Rbpj flox等位基因,收集出生后0日龄(P0)的小鼠肾脏并开展单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)分析。实验共设置四组样本:两组对照组(Rbpj c/+ ; Foxd1cre/+)与两组突变组(Rbpj c/- ; Foxd1cre/+)
