The present study intends to explore the efficacy and safety of corticosteroids on IgAN with moderate proteinuria by using propensity score matching(PSM).After PSM, 102 IgAN patients with moderate proteinuria (1.0-3.5g/d) and eGFR≥30ml/min/1.73m2 were included in the analysis.With 31.0±21.9 months of follow-up, the treatment group presented much lower time-average proteinuria (0.46±0.34 vs. 0.91±1.13 g/d, P
