Bulk RNA Sequencing of Pancreatic Cancer Liver Metastases in Mice in the Context of MASLD

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis, particularly when liver metastases are present. The mechanisms by which metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) influences PDAC progression and metastasis remain poorly understood. To explore the biological characteristics of metastatic pancreatic cancer within the context of MASLD, we conducted a bulk RNA-seq analysis of PDAC metastatic lesions.
