资源简介:
This dataset contains all of the research data to produce the figures in the article "Single Quantum Emitters in Gallium Nitride".All data can be opened with Notepad, Microsoft Excel or any other software that can open .csv files.Item DescriptionFigs 1h-l) are confocal scan maps. Distance in X and Y (in microns) is encoded in the first row and column. Other elements are the intensity at each pixel (in counts per second).Figs 1m-q) are room-temperature photoluminescence spectra. The first row is the wavelength (in nm) and the second row is the normalised intensity.Fig 2b) is a confocal scan map. Encoded the same as Figs 1h-l).Fig 3c) is an IV curve. The first column is voltage (in V) the second column is current (in A).Fig 3d) is simulation data of the electric potential (in V). Each pixel represents 125nm.Fig 3e) is an electric field trace. The first row is the distance (in microns) and the second row is the electric field magnitude (in KV/m).Fig 3f) is voltage-dependent PL spectra. The First column is voltage (in V), the first row is the wavelength (in nm) and the other rows are counts per second of the spectra.Fig 3g) is a PL spectrum. The first row is the wavelength (in nm) and the second is the normalised intensity.Fig 3h) is a Stark trace. The first row is voltage (in V), the second is peak position (in nm) and the last row is the uncertainty in peak position (in nm).Figs 4a) 0C to 1000C are PL spectra. The first row is the wavelength (in nm) and the second is the normalised intensity. The anneal temperature is encoded in the file name.Figs 4c,d,e) are the peak position, amplitude and peak width (in nm, unitless and nm respectively). The anneal temperature is encoded in the first row.Fig 5a) is an autocorrelation function. The first column is the bin centre (in ps) and the second column is the frequency.Fig 5b) is time-resolved PL. The first column is time (in micro-seconds) and the second column is frequency.Fig 5c,d) is a time-resolved PL spectrum. The First column is time (in seconds), the first row is the wavelength (in nm) and the other rows are counts per second of the spectra.
