Effects of replacing soybean meal with walnut meal on gene expression in muscle, liver, and adipose tissues of Diqing Tibetan pigs (PRJCA041166)

This study aims to investigate the effects of replacing soybean meal with walnut meal on gene expression in muscle, liver, and adipose tissues of Diqing Tibetan pigs. Using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) technology, we analyzed changes in gene expression profiles across tissues under different dietary treatments and identified differentially expressed genes (DEGs).
