Single-cell RNA seq of mouse proximal small intestine at E16.5

Epcam-positive cells from fetal intestinal epithelium were FACS sorted and processed using 10X genomics to characterise the differentiation of fetal intestinal cells at E16.5.从胎肠上皮中分离得到的上皮细胞黏附分子（Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule, EpCAM）阳性细胞，经荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）富集后，采用10×基因组学（10X Genomics）技术进行处理，以解析胚胎发育第16.5天（E16.5）胎肠细胞的分化特征。
