This dataset is the monthly and annual version of the previously released dataset "A Six-year long High-resolution Air Quality Reanalysis Dataset over China from 2013 to 2018 (DOI: 10.11922/sciencedb.00053)" to meet the needs of different users. The dataset contains 2 zip files, which are the monthly and annual reanalysis data, respectively. For detailed descriptions of this dataset, please refer to DOI: 10.11922/sciencedb.00053.The first version of this datasets (V1)：The period is from 2013 to 2018.The second version of this datasets (V2)：The period is from 2013 to 2019. The time was extended to 2019 based on the same algorithm as the V1.
