Origin of the extinct populations of Portulaca oleracea L. on Nishinoshima Island, a dramatically reforming oceanic island of the Ogasawara Islands

To compare Portulaca oleracea collected from Nishinoshima Island, located in the Ogasawara Islands of southern Japan, with samples from Japan and Guam. we performed phylogenetic and population genetic analyses of plastome sequences and genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). In this BioProject, we submitted raw read data enriched by MIG-seq analysis.
