资源简介:

This dataset comprises two open-access clinical documentation resources for standardizing bedside targeted neonatal echocardiography (TnECHO) reporting in the NICU. 1. TnECHO Bedside Reporting Template A structured, EMR-compatible functional echocardiography reporting template organized across 19 sections covering: study indication, image quality, structural screening, LV/RV systolic and diastolic function, pulmonary hemodynamics, PDA assessment, systemic blood flow, end-organ perfusion, preload, shunt physiology, valvular assessment, pericardial surveillance, central line verification, disease-specific domains (PPHN, CDH, HIE, IDM cardiomyopathy, BPD-associated PH, TTTS, Down syndrome), physiologic phenotype classification, hemodynamic impression, serial comparison, and management implications. Includes checkboxes, quantitative measurement fields, structured tables, and free-text impression sections. 2. Normative Values and Decision Thresholds Reference Appendix Provides gestational age–adjusted normative values and clinical decision thresholds across 13 tables covering: LV/RV dimensions and function, TAPSE by gestational age, RV FAC by gestational age, pulmonary hemodynamic indices (PAAT, RVET, PAAT/RVET, PVR index), IVS configuration and LV eccentricity index, PDA Doppler characterization, end-organ perfusion Doppler (descending aorta, celiac, SMA, MCA), TDI velocities by gestational age, speckle-tracking strain reference values, and disease-specific parameters for IDM, CDH, and HIE. All values are traced to primary source literature with explicit labeling. Development: Developed by Dr. Abhishek SG, DM Neonatology Resident, Department of Neonatology, AIIMS Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, through systematic synthesis of four key publications (de Boode et al. 2018; Ashrafi, Altit & McNamara 2022; McNamara et al. ASE Guidelines 2024; Wei et al. 2026), with AI-assisted synthesis (Claude, Anthropic, July 2026). Intended users: Neonatologists, neonatal-perinatal medicine fellows, neonatal hemodynamics trainees, and pediatric cardiologists collaborating in NICU hemodynamic programs. Disclaimer: This template is a clinical documentation aid, not a substitute for formal TnECHO training, institutional protocol review, or a complete structural echocardiogram interpreted by a pediatric cardiologist. All normative values must be interpreted in clinical context. Institutional adaptation and expert review are strongly recommended before clinical deployment.
