Biochemical and Metabolic Profiling of Amino Acids and Fatty Acids in Gracilaria corticata Polysaccharide-Treated Cells

This dataset presents the metabolic and biochemical profiling of cells treated with sulfated polysaccharides derived from Gracilaria corticata. It includes qPCR primer sequences and experimental conditions, physicochemical characterization of polysaccharide fractions (yield, molecular weight, and chemical composition), and quantitative analysis of intracellular metabolites. Specifically, the dataset provides relative abundance profiles of amino acids in HaCaT keratinocytes, RAW264.7 macrophages, and B16F10 melanoma cells, along with fatty acid composition in melanoma cells following treatment. These data support the evaluation of metabolic modulation and biochemical responses induced by G. corticata polysaccharides.
