Chemical Identifiers from the latest CompTox data (December 2025)

The file containd the latest data from the CompTox list of chemicals published by EPA under a creative common license at this address: https://doi.org/10.23645/epacomptox.5588566. The file provided here is the CSV file published in Decempber 2025 converted to a sqlite database to be used in the PROVESID Python package (https://github.com/USEtox/PROVESID) for offline use. The same data can be accesses online via the CompTox dashboard or its web API. The advantage of using PROVESID package is that it is faster, more flexible, and does not require an internet connection or an API key.
