To analyze the sales performance of European and American retro sunglasses among their customer groups, it is necessary to collect and statistically analyze the sales data of relevant products via big data platforms. After processing the data with algorithms, the customer consumption coefficient can be obtained. Hierarchical evaluation is then conducted on the calculated consumption coefficient to assign tags to corresponding users and locate their consumption levels, providing data support for enterprises' key decisions including product design and promotion, service model construction, and marketing campaign design. The algorithm formula is: Consumption Coefficient P = (Consumption Amount K (yuan) × Consumption Stickiness Index N) / Total Monthly Platform Consumption M × 1000. Here, the Consumption Stickiness Index N is calculated by the system based on the cumulative number of consumption transactions made by the customer at the company's online stores. Rank all customers in descending order of their consumption coefficient P. Then perform hierarchical rating on customer consumption data based on the value of P: Grade A consumption when P ≥ 5; Grade B consumption when 1 ≤ P < 5; Grade C consumption when 0.3 ≤ P < 1; and Grade D consumption when P < 0.3.
