<b>Supplementary Table 3</b>: Bi-monthly
frequencies of the highly mutated amino acid residues spanning the months
from January to October. Each sheet corresponds to a distinct SARS-CoV-2
protein. The mutational frequencies for each span of two months are provided
as well as the number of sequences available for this period with which the
frequencies were computed. The mutations are color-coded as: blue (mutations
that have occurred with high frequencies in both groups); green (mutations
that were abundant before May but dwindled in the following months); yellow
(mutations that were virtually non-existent before May but had gained
prominence afterwards)
