Amplicon sequences generated from high-throughput 16SrRNA and ITS sequencing of wheat-associated microbial communities. Samples were collected from root, rhizosphere, and bulk soil under treatments with ergothioneine (ERGO), arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), and their combination. The study investigates microbial community shifts in response to these treatments, focusing on taxa relevant to plant's uptake of ERGO, soil and plant health.
