OPAL – The Oxygen-15 PET/MR Cerebral Perfusion Atlas

This dataset contains simultaneous brain oxygen-15 labeled water([¹⁵O]H₂O) PET/MRI data designed to support the development and evaluation of advanced non-invasive perfusion imaging methods. This BIDS-compliant dataset includes high-resolution structural data, diffusion, multi-model perfusion sequences, and cerebral blood flow (CBF) maps from [¹⁵O]H₂O PET in 120 participants (66 healthy controls and 54 Moyamoya patients). Repeated in-session or separate-session ASL and PET acquisitions were also collected and shared in this dataset. All participants received the vasodilator acetazolamide during each session to measure cerebrovascular reactivity.
