Source code of program to manage flight mills with Raspberry Pi (2024)

We built flight mills to estimate flight capacities of insects. The dataset includes the source code of the program used to manage them with a Raspberry Pi single board computer (Version 1 to 3). The program detects signals arriving at the device's GPIOs and logs the corresponding data in text files. It was mainly developed in Crystal language (https://crystal-lang.org/) on a personal computer running Linux operating system, and cross-compiled on it.
