中国饲料成分及营养价值表（第31版）常用饲料中粗脂肪及脂肪酸组成数据库

本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（动物科学和动物医学）建设。该数据集根据科学数据共享的要求，主要收集中国饲料加工业和养殖业中34种常用饲料的脂肪酸含量及组成数据，主要包括干物质(DM，%)、粗蛋白质(CP，%)、粗脂肪(EE，%)、月桂酸(C12:0,%TFA)、豆蔻酸(C14:0,%TFA)、棕榈酸(C16:0,%TFA)、棕榈油酸(C16:1,%TFA)、硬脂酸(C18:0,%TFA)、油酸(C18:1,%TFA)、亚油酸(C18:2,%TFA)、亚麻酸(C18:3,%TFA)、总脂肪酸(TFA，%EE)。数据集数据参考了INRA(2004), CNPCS6.0(2008), NRC(1994,19980,2012)等资料。

This dataset was developed by the National Agricultural Science Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). In line with the requirements for scientific data sharing, it mainly collects fatty acid content and composition data of 34 commonly used feeds in China's feed processing and animal breeding industries. The covered indicators include Dry Matter (DM, %), Crude Protein (CP, %), Ether Extract (EE, %), Lauric acid (C12:0, %TFA), Myristic acid (C14:0, %TFA), Palmitic acid (C16:0, %TFA), Palmitoleic acid (C16:1, %TFA), Stearic acid (C18:0, %TFA), Oleic acid (C18:1, %TFA), Linoleic acid (C18:2, %TFA), Linolenic acid (C18:3, %TFA), and Total Fatty Acids (TFA, %EE). This dataset references materials such as INRA (2004), CNPCS 6.0 (2008), NRC (1994, 1998, 2012), and other relevant publications.
