Resources dedicated to R & D: Enterprises by region and technological intensity (former regions)

This dataset presents the financial and human resources devoted to research and development in companies by region, year and technological intensity. **Data source** The results are derived from the survey on the resources devoted to research and experimental development in France among companies. This survey is carried out by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) at the sub-directorate of information systems and statistical studies (SIES). The survey is carried out with around 9,000 companies (12000 legal units) carrying out R & D work on French territory. All results are final. Statistical confidentiality is applied to all variables. **Units of account** Domestic R & D expenditure (DIRDE indicator code) is expressed in thousands of euros.
